« I enjoyed my stay in the National park. The historical cabins are conveniently located. Closed to the restaurants and trails. Cave tours are amazing. However the cabins are getting old and there was a persistent muggy smell inside. The AC was too loud. Even with my earplugs, I had hard time to fall asleep. »

« Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Room needed thorough dusting, new bed linens as they are a bit long in the tooth, and provide extra pillows with cases. Beware trains can rumble nearby at various times in the night. »

« If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet. »

« The hot tub did not heat up even after I troubleshooted the issue with the host. The hot tub was one of the reasons I was willing to pay the price I did. The kitchen did not have a table with chairs. »

The property was well stocked (with many left behind items from other guests which I do not prefer, but it is not altogether uncommon at a rental). I must have missed in the property description that the only means of heat was a wood burning stove. This wasn’t a big issue as I grew up with one, but it had gone out before I realized that it was our heat source and I had to restart it and keep it stoked. Once we realized this there...
